Are looking for a part time experienced enthusiastic bookeeper admin person to join our expanding Kilmarnock Team .


You will be responsible for:

Managing purchase and supplier payment schedules.

Paying wages.

Paying suppliers.

Updating SAGE records.

Inputting supplier and purchase invoices onto Sage.

Reconciling supplier , purchase invoices.

Vat reconciling for accountant .

Goods vehicle operator duties inc . DIGI Card records , service schedules , MOT and Taxing of vehicles .


Factoring reporting.

Telephone / Reception duties.

PA service to Managing Director when required.

For this role you must have the following:
Proficient in the use of SAGE 50.
Accounts administration experience.
Goods operator experience would be beneficial but training can be given.
IT literate with extensive knowledge of Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
Have a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Excellent multi tasker.
Positive attitude.
Ability to prioritize workload.
Self Motivated.
Work to deadlines.
Own transport would be a plus due to location although X77 , X76 No4 bus stop is only 1/2 mile from office .
