We are seeking an experienced accounts assistant to join our team at our Paisley Office. Ideally the applicant will have good all round accounts experience and a full working knowledge of Sage line 50. Duties include managing accounts receivable to include all credit control, bank reconciliations, assisting with accounts payable, assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements, liasing with staff & customers regarding information relating to invoicing. Duties will also include taking job instructions from customers and entering info onto company systems and any other adhoc duties to support the business needs of key personnel within the business. Good keyboard skills and experience in microsoft word and outlook would also be an advantage.
