Accounts Coordinator: Helpdesk Support & Training
Core hours 9:00am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri
Helston, Cornwall

The Role:

Anytime Booking is a smart web-based booking and management system designed for campsites, holiday parks and self-catering accommodation.

We are seeking an accounts coordinator, in a helpdesk support and training role, to join the very busy front-line, dealing directly with customers who have queries about using their booking management software.
Age 18 to 20 national minimum wage rates apply. Aged 21+ £14,040 - £16,000

Key Objectives:

Provide user support and customer service on the Anytime Booking system
Troubleshoot problems and advise on appropriate action
Train and advise customers on how to configure their accounts and manage their bookings

Role Responsibilities:

Follow standard helpdesk procedures
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, both pre- and post-sale
Advise customers on appropriate action to their enquiries or technical issues
Research questions using available resources, eg. the Anytime Booking Knowledgebase
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Log all helpdesk interactions, track and route problems/requests and document resolutions
Liaise with the Technical Department so that they can diagnose and solve software faults
Analyse call/email logs to spot trends and common underlying issues
Train new customers on how to configure and use their Anytime Booking accounts
Help to configure customer accounts where required
Stay current with system information, changes and updates, including updating the Knowledgebase
Prepare activity reports for the Directors
Fulfill Director administrative requests

The candidate will:

Be confident, with very good written and verbal communication skills
Be a logical thinker who is able to talk about technology in simple terms
Be an excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills
Have knowledge and experience of customer service practices
Have related experience in troubleshooting and providing helpdesk support
Be a pragmatic self-starter who likes to roll their sleeves up and get involved
Have a passion for innovation and a curiosity for technology
To work well as part of a team and have a great sense of humour!
