Administration assistant

An exciting opportunity to become part of our small ambitious team working in a busy office environment. We are a family business working within the landscape supply industry. This isn’t the average 9-5 job!
This is a great job for those who like to dabble in a variety of tasks and can multi-task with ease

Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office duties including:

Answering the phones
Serving customers
Accounts duties
Sorting the post in/out
Various administration duties
Other adhoc duties as requested

This position will suit you if you have the following qualities:

Computer literate
Good attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Methodical and thorough approach to work
Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
A great team player
Excellent communication skills
Keen to learn and open to new opportunities
A positive disposition

Experience not necessary but the following would be helpful. - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Word, Excel, mail and database sales systems. Full training will be given in all duties.

Hours are full time 9-5 Monday to Friday. Starting salary 7.20 per hour. Excellent bonus scheme once training is complete. Immediate start.
