Duties within this role will include;

Answering incoming calls, transferring to appropriate personnel, taking messages and relaying to relevant staff as well as assisting clients and 3rd parties with queries when necessary
Maintaining solicitor/partner diaries.
Opening and closing files
Managing documentation for relevant departments to include scanning and printing of documents, e-filing and updating of fee earner files
Adhering to all manual and electronic filing systems
Opening post and distributing to relevant personnel
Accurate data entry onto both internal and external systems
Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and 3rd parties.
Providing administrative floor support to relevant departments as directed
Qualifications / Experience:
Ability to prioritise work and meet target deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above
A Levels (beneficial)

Experience of working in an office environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
