- The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like Microsoft excel, power point, publisher or any other desk top publishing applications.
Previous experience as a secretary or an Executive Assistant and familiarity with telecoms and social media industry will be a definite advantage.
The right candidate will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of an office. Direct responsibilities will include,
- Write and distribute emails, letters etc.
- Assist in preparations of regular reports or customer statements and invoices.
- Maintain contact list
- Manage social adverts and promotions
- Act as point of contact for internal and external customers and clients.
- Experience or working knowledge of the office equipment e.g. Fax, printers etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel and power point in particular
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent understanding of internet and social media tools and marketing
- Qualifications are not very important though they will still be welcomed
