THE ROLE As Affiliate and Partner Content Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Affiliate Manager, Digital Content Manager and wider content team to create and manage successful digital partnerships. Affiliate responsibilities You’ll help with identifying, recruiting and onboarding new target partners to join the network program. You will be reporting against daily KPIs and ensuring partners are using the correct methods to promote the brand. You’ll work closely with the Affiliate Manager to optimise current partnerships and assist them with the larger direct relationships. Content responsibilities You’ll support the Digital Content Manager by creating content for our partner marketing campaigns. Working with the wider content and marketing team, as well as other stakeholders from across the business, you’ll need to ensure your work integrates with our other marketing and sales activity. From coordinating new launch activity to developing initiatives for existing partners, your work will touch a number of channels, from writing blogs and articles to helping to create email campaigns. There’ll also be plenty of opportunity to help out with other campaigns and activity the marketing team are working on. ABOUT YOU You have at least a year’s experience after completing a relevant degree. We’ll expect you to have excellent written and oral communication skills, preferably with some writing experience. You’ll have experience of working with numbers too, including creating reports to track performance. You’ll be a self-starter who’s excited to learn and improve your skillset. You’ll be eager to keep up with the latest digital marketing techniques. Ideally, you’ll have a basic grasp of Google Analytics, simple SQL queries and WordPress. Knowledge of the Impact Radius platform would be a big benefit, as would knowledge of other affiliate networks. However don’t be put off if you haven’t used these platforms. Far more important is a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
