The White House teeth whitening clinic in Belfast are looking for a new receptionist, call centre and sales person. This exciting and immediately available position will involve answering calls and emails from our busy centralised call centre from customers in Dublin, Galway, Cork, Belfast, Edinburgh and Exeter. You would be required to answer FAQ's and book appointments, so a flair for sales is necessary and will require someone with a friendly manner and good written and phone communication skills. Our computer system is cloud based so a flair for technology would also be required.

This position is based in our Belfast clinic and you would also be required to meet and greet customers with a smile, take payments and assist our dentist and management with any other receptionist duties, while taking care of the receptionist environment for clients.
Previous experience in dental or medical reception duties would be beneficial however training will be provided for the right candidate.

There may also be opportunity to grow within the company and learn new skills for the right candidate, possibilities that could open up may be, nationwide clinic operations, PA, Sales, Social Media etc...

This position is for 3-5 days per week, usually 9:30 - 5:30, with a late night on Thursdays. Pay rates will depend on experience and qualifications. Please apply with CV and cover letter to be considered for an interview.
