You’ll be working in close partnership with a variety of clients to design and implement operational improvement and business transformation initiatives. Your programmes will be complex and multi-faceted, delivering far-reaching, sustainable and measurable results. Consultants support the delivery of major workstreams within large and small client engagements. Given the unique nature of Newton’s approach, you will get much closer to front line service to deliver more impact than you may have been used to before. We are a close-knit team and you will be motivated by challenge and stretching the limits of possibility.

On a day to day basis, you will be partnering with our clients to:
• Carry out client assessments to identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Map processes and undertake data analysis
• Create project plans that support the delivery of sustainable results
• Present to clients at all levels on site
• Solve technical, organizational, process, and people problems
• Contribute to internal training, capability development and improvement projects
• Manage and/or support clients and peers

We will give you:
• A starting salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per year, plus a £3,000 joining bonus. Your salary will increase every year and with every promotion.
• Promotion on merit when you are ready, not on an annual promotion cycle
• Rapid career progression that involves taking responsibility early on. Within 3-4 years, you can expect to be a Lead Consultant, managing a team to deliver real results.
