Junior Assistant

We have a wonderful opportunity to ignite your passion for TV, theatre and film, whilst gaining some industry level experience. 

The Artists Partnership is a leading UK talent agency that represents some of the world’s best talent, including actors, directors and writers. Their clients operate across film, TV, theatre, commercials, radio and voiceover. Their clients include Idris Elba, Emily Blunt, Kim Cattrall, David Suchet, Joseph Fiennes, David Thewlis, Jack Huston, Joely Richardson, Anna Friel and Alfie Allen.

The Artists Partnership are looking for a detail orientated individual to join their fast-paced team. The successful candidate will learn how to assist two Agents with a wide range of tasks. They will need to have excellent organisational skills, as they will be required to juggle both Agents’ requirements. Applicants who are keen to be an integral part of the office as a whole, helping other assistants with office duties, would be preferred, as would applicants with video editing experience.

As an Assistant, you would be liaising with industry professionals and clients, as well as undertaking general administrative tasks such as preparing client appointment notifications, script reports and itineraries, helping to maintain diaries, website and social media presence as well as many other administrative duties. A love of theatre, a high level of computer literacy and great attitude will be essential.

Start date: beginning of January 2017 .

Salary on application.

Hours 9.30am to 6.30pm (with possible theatre in evenings), office in EC2.
