Previous experience of property management environment is an advantage but not essential as training could be provided.

You must be self-motivated, adaptable, hardworking, reliable with excellent communication skills in English language and a knowledge of Microsoft Office would be essential.

Duties involve answering telephones, dealing with customers, booking appointments, dealing with customer queries, input of maintenance repairs on internal system, preparation of invoices and chasing payments.
