Help required with everyday office admin for a busy Building Conservation company involved in interesting work:

Type of duties:the booking of accommodation, keeping diaries, answering the telephone, taking messages, sourcing and buying materials and arranging for them to be sent to the sites. Assistance with tendering processes, updating general office systems. Acting as a point of reference for the site managers.

Other duties as required.

Help with PR activities: the use of Mailchimp & Photoshop would be an advantage. An understanding of websites & social media would also be an advantage.

Experience of the construction industry would also be an advantage.
