PDSL is currently looking for Office Administrator to join our engineering services team on temp to perm basis.

You will be responsible for:

Producing clear and accurate management information for the business using MS Excel and internal systems
Use MS Excel to manipulate and extract data into reports
Any other ad-hoc duties
Experience with office administrator in a business office environment
Microsoft Office experience is essential.
Have good attention to detail within your work
We are looking for someone who is flexible during the week, working 20 hours Part time or 37.5 Hours Full Time : £15,600 per annum pro rata

Day to Day Activities include:
1) Check Time-sheets & raise relevant Invoice
2) Check service Updates/Monitor submission to relevant Departments
3) Check paperwork of each employee/renewal of contracts
4) Employee Files Update.
5) cross verify invoice payments and allocate in portal & chase for pending ones
6) Prepare payroll data every month.
7) Interview setup / follow up after interviews
8) Joiner Documentation
9) Adding New Employees into Pension Scheme and guide to Opt In / Out

Training will be provided for this role but candidates must have a positive approach to work on his on with minimal supervision and a strong work ethic.
