We are looking for someone to join us as an Office Administrator.

You will be working 16 hours per week Wednesday to Friday.

Main duties will be to source and book venues for chosen charity, sending rotas, producing KPI reports, making welcome calls, answer phones, maintain office filing and storage systems, co ordinate appointments and meetings, perform work related errands as requested, fax, scan and copy documents and all other duties as required.

You should have excellent IT skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word.

Key Competencies: Organisation and Planning skills, Work Management and Prioritising skills, attention to detail, reliability, flexibility, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving abilities.
