Lloyds Online Administrators - 3 month Temporary role based in Stoke

Hours 6am until 2pm - 2pm until 6.30pm

Job Description

The job role consists of dealing efficiently with the customer care queries. Other duties will include Keying in orders onto the in-house system. This will involve working closely with the warehouse team to investigate any outstanding orders, queries or order fulfilment issues.

You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, dealing with customer queries promptly and efficiently, always putting the customer first.

You will be responding to emails with clear instructions and provide the correct information to resolve the customer queries in a timely manner.
