An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchasing Administrator to join Alsico Laucuba one of Europe's largest work-wear suppliers, based at our UK head office in Fulwood, Preston

Due to expansion we are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to work in a busy purchasing department covering various admin duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent Alpha Numerical skills, good attention to detail, and be meticulous and reliable.

Main Duties

· Maintaining spread sheets and in house computer system
· Chasing and placing orders
· Confirming due dates
· Setting up new codes
· Dealing with suppliers
· Invoice matching to delivery notes
· Advice notes to purchase orders
· Month end reports
· Embroidery admin tasks
· Filing

Full time permanent position

Salary depending on experience, plus annual bonus
