Job Duties:
Maintaining a professional reception and client hospitality service including (but not limited to:) answering calls, meeting and greeting clients, audio typing reports, maintaining computerised filing system. General administration including photocopying, filing, faxing, scanning, ordering stationery/canteen/WC supplies
Qualifications / Experience:
Essential Criteria:
5GCSEs to include English and Maths at grade C or above/equivalent.
Proven experience of Microsoft Office applications.
Extensive experience dealing with corporate clients and members of the public.
Ability to ensure confidentiality at all times.
Flexible approach to work and can demonstrate a professional image.
Recent reception/administration experience.
Candidates must be dependable and reliable and have a willingness to learn.
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Candidates must be flexible to cover full time hours Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm during periods of sickness or planned holidays.

Desirable Criteria:
OCR/RSA Level 3 in Text Production and Word Processing or Equivalent.
Recognised Microsoft qualification.

Candidates must be able to provide recent work-related references if short-listed for interview.
