Job location:Newry
Salary:21-24 = £6.95, 25+ = £7.20 per hour.
Worktime:Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Job Duties:
Answering and directing calls efficiently and ensuring reception is maintained at all times. To greet all clients to the premises in a courteous manner. Office administration duties such as liaising with Council Officials, Coroner, newspapers and Religious Orders where necessary. Raising and accurately recording invoices, maintaining current databases. Assist the team with additional duties that may arise to meet the requirements of each department and general housekeeping in the funeral home.
Qualifications / Experience:
Applicants must have 1 years previous experience within a reception & administrative environment. It is essential to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications. Applicants must have at least a Grade C in GCSE English, Maths & IT or equivalent. This is a very important position within a busy funeral directors in the local area, the successful applicant must possess a high level of confidentiality, compassion and empathy due to the very personal feelings of family & friends when a loved one has passed away. Applicants must have excellent communication & organisational skills, an eye for detail and must be able to work on their own initiative. Applicants must have a clean driving licence.
