Working with a National Training Provider, based in Team Valley, Gateshead.

The role:- incoming and outgoing calls to prospective candidates
data input (basic spreadsheets)
general office administration
dealing with confidential details
may include some travel to attend recruitment events.

We are looking for someone of smart appearance who is confident on the telephone. You will have good organisational skills, good communication skills, an eye for detail (also to take down information and input correctly) and be computer literate. Must be able to work well within a team.

Qualifications:- basic English and Maths
experience of working within a recruitment environment desirable but not essential
basic IT skills.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (flexible).
