The Heritage Lottery Fund is recruiting for a full time, permanent Secretariat Assistant within the Secretariat team based in London.

The primary purpose of this post is to assist in the running of NHMF/HLF’s Secretariat office. The post-holder is responsible to the Office Manager, supporting the Deputy Secretaries and Head of Secretariat, and servicing the Board, Committees and Advisory Panels.

This role is responsible for the management of the business administration of NHMF/HLF’s Board, Committees and Advisory Panel. There are nine members of staff in the team, including two who provide PA support to the Chair and Chief Executive. The role will provide the post-holder with an overview of the organisation’s business and involve interaction across all departments

To be competitive in the role, you will need to demonstrate high level knowledge, skills and experience against our selection criteria.
