Part-Time Practice Secretary

Job Role:

Audio typing (with some copy typing).
Able to use a Dictaphone system so candidate will need to have experience with this.
Reports, letters, minutes, includes binding reports.
Invoicing – The successful candidate will assist with invoicing and statements.
General secretarial duties – including photocopying, binding documents, logging in post/logging in/out telephone calls, internet searches for office supplies, setting up appointments, desk diary.
Telephone calls, chasing clients etc.
Reception duties – meet and greet clients etc.
General admin duties as required (it is a small office).

Essential Skills:

The successful candidate will have a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm.
Accurate, fast audio typing (copy typing also required).
Organised and flexible (able to prioritise and manage their own workload and work well in a busy environment).
Experience of working within a professional firm is desirable.
Good communication skills.
A “Can-do” attitude.

The Role:

Part-time permanent position. Monday - Friday.
