Job Duties:
Achieving audience and sales targets.
Ensuring audience satisfaction.
Managing promotions within the cinema.
Budgeting and stock control.
Developing an understanding of the local market, including customer expectations.
Liaising with film societies and other groups within the industry. Complying with licensing and health and safety regulations. Recruiting, training and supervising full and part-time staff to work as a team (HR).
Marketing the cinema within a local arena.
Organising duty rotas and wage requisitions.
Typical day to day activities include: Cash control and concessions.
Dealing with customer and telephone enquiries.
Digital Projections.
Front of house.
Human resources.
Maintaining upkeep of auditoria.
Ticketing office.
Monitoring KPIs.
Qualifications / Experience:
Previous customer service experience is essential.
Supervisory experience is not required.
